Senior LAMP / PHP Web Developer

JavaScript (AJAX,DOM, Event Handlers, Asynchronous architectures)
Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, XML-RPC)
ActionScript 3.0 / 2.0 (OO,XML Communication, Video Playback, Streaming/Progressive Download Video)
We are seeking a candidate with the following:

  • Bachelor's in Information Technology or related field; will consider experience in lieu of education.
  • 4+ years experience in Internet Web development positions.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in various web-oriented/interactive technologies with an
  • emphasis in PHP, HTML, XML, JavaScript, Perl, MySQL, and CSS.
  • Solid knowledge of the Web Services model a plus.
    Demonstrated experience programming with relational database technologies.
  • Ability to rapidly learn the development toolset in use within the development environment.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the general architecture (web server/app server/data server) of web applications.
  • Ability to influence and direct the efforts of others without the benefit of direct managerial authority.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively partner with the technologies and business communities.
  • Ability to create and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and maintain deadlines
